EDF & MOI

EDF & MOI is the official app for EDF, the Électricité de France, a French multinational electricity company owned by the French state and headquartered in Paris. The company was founded in 1946 and has since expanded its reach to cover different parts of Europe, South America, North America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

For EDF customers only

In order to access EDF & MOI, you need to have a registered user account. The registration process, which can be carried out directly from the app, will take about two to three minutes. You will need to enter your name, an email address and a secure password. Keep in mind, however, that only EDF customers will be able to complete the registration. If you are not an EDF customer, you will not be able to continue after the third step.

All your contract information in one place

Once you log in with your user account, EDF & MOI will show you all the information you could need about your contract. You will be able to check your consumption data and monitor your installation. You will also be able to send your meter readings every two months so that you are charged as accurately as possible. One handy feature is that you can choose an annual consumption limit so that the app sends you an alert notification when you are about to exceed it.

Not only information, but also action

Having all your EDF contract information in the palm of your hand is very useful, but EDF & MOI also allows you to act on this information. You can adjust your monthly payments to match your actual electricity consumption. In addition to this, since you will know which equipment or appliance consumes the most electricity, you will be able to take direct action. The app will even show you tips to save on consumption if it detects bad habits.
